I can see how this shape of tips might not fit some ears. Quiet similar case with Dunu S&s tips. Anyway i also like how xm5 sound with sony silicon tips ep-ex11. It give more midbass and warmer overall unfortunately it have no wax protection.
This new update change the soundsig quiet a lot IMO i like how this TWS sound now unlike before. It is smoother warmer but the upper frequency is not lacking in soundstage and details. I dont touch the EQ at all. Very enjoyable and very good!

I have not experience this issue until today.

Spinfit Large CP360 have worked for me, stock foams are just a bit too small and the medium CP360 fit fine on my XM4, I had to size up to the large with the XM5.

Measured the nozzles at 4.7-4.75mm. Got some 4.7mm adhesive nozzle mesh to use as dust/wax protection with different ear tips. I'll report back once I try them.
Noticed some Azla tips with earguard 40% off in Amazon UK black friday so even though perfectly happy with my usual Spinfit CP100 and nylon stocking filter, I ordered some.
Went for MS same as Spinfit and slightly wider body, shallower depth but fit like a glove and test seal great with Sony App.
The silicon is thicker overall and I think gives more isolation and a bit more weight, bit less treble.
Colour matches my grey/white XM5 perfectly. Will stick with them as wax guard great.
Some pics vs Spinfit with stocking guards
Bits of black fibre from the stocking filter falling apart! Not dirty
