How is the battery so far? Mine won't last longer than 4-5 hours streaming. According to the manual it should last at least 10 hours.

Have you tried allowing permissions for various google services? That seems to help battery life.

I also upgraded to ZX507 from ZX300, still in burn in stage around 100+ hrs, but really feel its a step up to around the same level as WM1A

This guy support PD3.0, so you can easily fully charge it on the go in around 2 hrs

Found in Sony CN that actually the Caps in ZX500 had been upgraded, and from Sony JP said the new condenser had been developed from DAP Z1, and had increased 2.5 times in volume. So this is really a worthy 40th anniversary hi-end network walkman

Interestingly there aren't any English language reviews of the ZX500 in internet
There are a lot of content written in September "Sony ZX500 Walkman incoming" but no actual reviews since then.

Just tested with the PHA3 and the ZX507 can digital to the PHA3 using Fiio USB C to Micro USB OTG cable. No digital out is transmitted during streaming however - sad!

Are you saying that if I play spotify offeline it will not work at same time when using audio usb out feature?

sorry, but you cannot stream high-resolution on the ZX-507. 44/16 is not considered hi-res. it's redbook CD-quality.

the ZX-507 does not stream MQA! if you have a downloaded MQA file on the device, that's the only way it will play MQA.
