fyi to those interested in this device, playlists cannot have songs from both the system memory and SD card, only all on one of the two storage devices. So to have playlists working requires careful storage management and is a very annoying limitation of this device and the Walkmans in general. This was an issue in the A17 and I wish Sony would fix it considering the price of this device

Still fine tuning. May tone the Clear Bass down a bit lol. Somehow my iem can handle the Clear Bass at max level without having the overwhelming bass feel.
I have my EQ set to None, I find my IEM extends very ell to merit a flat EQ, one DD and two BA's (one full range and the other a HD super tweeter) XBA-A3 from sony

No Rock, No Black peopke playing music, no metal no EQ but white guys wearing wigs that has long hair like Metal musicians but playing for people who dont dance nor move.

I do care more for the music i hear than what color is the people playing or these who composed the music.
Probably Classical music recordings are better mastered than rock which often have too much dynamic range compression to sound louder
The FiiO L5 is specifically made for the Sony Walkman, so it should work perfect for connecting your ZX100 to the Oppo HA-2. BTW, does the ZX100 drive the Oppo PM-3 sufficiently? How loud do you have to turn up the volume to power the PM-3 properly? I have been considering adding the Oppo PM-3 to my gear.

For me, the Nw-Zx100 isn't enought powerful for the Oppo PM-3. I put the sound at 29/30 and one time a have a warning and the sound put down to 11/30, gloups!!!
With the oppo Ha-2, it's perfect, at 20/30 the sound have a better soundstage, and reveal micro details
I used to own an Oppo HA-2 but due not being able to perceive a difference between amping and not amping my XBA-A3 i sold it, and yes i used a fiio L5 as decribed by you
The NW ZX100 was perfect with the Sony MDR -1ABT but the OPPO PM-3 need more juice. The Oppo PM-3 is amazing. I have an Ultrazone Pro 900 before, the Oppo PM3 is better on treble, mediums and basses!!
