shorter cable, usb-c on both endsHey guys,
Is there a way to reduce the delay of the USB DAC function?
There's a pretty long delay between stopping/starting music from PC with the WM1ZM2.

Anyone here knows the output impedance of the WM1AM2, SE & BAL?
Its enough to power all IEM and even blow some of them (most IEM have an maximum input power of 100mW) and also enough to power most Headphones. Is 250 mW enough for power for most IEMs?
I haven't found any headphones yet I couldn't drive sufficiently
Not on the hardware, no. You can, however, reduce the lag with some music player. It's -350msHey guys,

New Informations on my channel imbalance on the Walkman, its an issue with the relays. I found several other people who also have/had this issue and it always was the relay. They are very sensitive to shocks as it seems.
The channel imbalance can sometimes be solved by slightly "hitting" your walkman, not really hitting of course but like giving the relays a small "schock" to make them move their ass.
But its a warranty case, there is no way around sending it in if it happens

lol i just found out, if i close the case heard enough, this shock is enough to fix the issue temporarily xD so if you experience strong channel imbalance, just close the protecting case harder^^

However, these circumstances do not sound cool at all - Sony must make sure that it works properly on such a device.lol i just found out, if i close the case heard enough, this shock is enough to fix the issue temporarily xD so if you experience strong channel imbalance, just close the protecting case harder^^
Yes, this device experienced a slight drop in the past (roughly 10cm while being in the protective case). Maybe this damaged the relays, not sure, it wasn't by far strong enough to do so imho but who knows. However, these circumstances do not sound cool at all - Sony must make sure that it works properly on such a device.
But this is the only thing i can think off. Anyway, i let it check by Sony

You are talking about 10cm?
I don't want to think of how these boxes are shipped from one country to the other. Some shipping companies are known for playing frisbee with small boxes in order "to be faster".
