TNI is great, undoubtedly their best, but I love 'The Chair' from Caustic Grip, it was awesome when they opened their concert with it (playback - not performed).

I think, for me, the only potential positive for 'Sign' is that there looks to be 5 instrumentals, the already released track is typically 'pop' female vocal Delerium.

I presume you have checked out the 'Dossier' albums?

All of them Spheres II is another favourite. Dossier still kills the modern Metropolis remaster. Highlighted by Sony's large solid capacitor, and gold solder.

Just for the record and future references, my uncapped WM1AM2 drives the new Sennheiser HD660S2 really well via BAL 4.4.

Having the Cayin RU6 (which I prefer over the N6ii x R01) and Schiit Modi Multibit, I can wholeheartedly agree with @Sonywalkmanuser.

Sony DAPs have this analogue musicality many seek in R-2R DACs — with perhaps added advantages.

I originally considered a DAC/Amp combo (looking at the Jotunheim 2 with the MultiBit upgrade though they don't offer it with NOS like they do the new MultiBit 2) but listening to the WM1AM2 x Sennheiser HD660S2, it's going to be tough to justify the money aside having some nice Schiit with added power on my desk (which might be enough of a justification for many of us here ).

Always reconsider what Earphone or Headphone you could get with that money

Not me.

I was looking for a fully enclosed zipper pouch with a belt clip or hoop. Maybe something nice like Van Nuys or Dignis. But I could only find ones slightly larger than the Walkman with room for a 90° headphone plug on top. At that height, most are a little too wide too. Essentially too bulky for me. A far cry from my minidisc belt pouch. And they're expensive.

So after spending ?? on NW-WM1AM2, Swissbit, Dignis patina case, matte screen protector, IER-Z1R with Kimber cable, I throw it in a cheep department store iPhone belt holster, and can go from doing the dishes, to walking outside, to fitness boxing fist of the north star style, without missing a beat
