I just recently bought the Sony mdr v6 and I noticed that if I touch the jack while plugged in, the sound would crackle or fade on one side. Now, I've never had a silver plated connector and that could just be it. Or is that not supposed to happen and I got a faulty pair?

EDIT: Actually, I just tested the headphones on my phone and laptop and the fading sounds don't happen there, but the crackling DOES happen. :/
