I see that three ear tips that comes with this IEM are different from the others. Those have foam in between the silicone. Can someone please post a good picture of them?

Yes , the three ear tips you are referring to are the Noise isolation earbuds.
Below are pics of them in the original EX1000 packaging which i believe is the same as the EX600 packaging.
Also i have flipped the flange in order for you to get a better look at the foam attached.
 
The foam is of very low density so when you pop them in, you don't get a nasty pop out from your canal for the size you usually use.
If you ever tried moster's gel tips same concept but filled with gel, you'd know what i mean.

Tried to check the owner's manual for a part no. of the tips to no avail.
