RFI considerations aside, I'd still twist the wires for the sake of being neat & tidy.

I wonder how Kondo-san deals with the hookup wires of the Ongaku. This is the world's most expensive amp at $55,000!

Oops The price was in UK pounds, not dollars. Changing pounds to dollars, the price is $85,635!

I'm no expert.. just had flashbacks to university electronics...

I just re-read a bunch of stuff to confirm this. Often those who sell twisted pair get this wrong as well (one site described how simply having the twist caused interference to automatically cancel itself out.)

I don't want to get ahead of myself here though.. I'm actually unsure if your average speaker connection is balanced or not...

Not even close. There are one or two models above the ongaku and I have read about some very exotic amps costing in the 150K+ range.

I believe the Audionote Gaku-On costs about $350,000/pair according to Guiness
