I have not heard the CCE but the general consensus is that the original version is better.

I'm definitely interested in getting the GR07s because it definitely came down to that or the Ety HF5s, but as I've stated before, I did go with the Ety's just because of the none confusion with the different versions of the GR07, as well as the overall consensus over the Etymotic HF5.
I don't have the resources now, but I'm most likely going to be purchasing a GR07 in the future, if anything else close to it doesn't come out. But I do plan on getting the CCE version, or the MK2 if it is still available, as the BE ones you linked are out of my price range.
