I am looking for a solid-state headphone amp/preamp for my sennheiser Hd650 and BowersWilkins Speakers with NAD power amp. My budget is limited to $300. I listen to classical music solely. I appreciate all suggestion and recommendations.

At that price the best you could do is maybe a used Adcom like the 565 which I had and thought was great- there's one on eBay:

That's too much for me. And it is not really dedicated to headphones.

There's not much better at $300 and the HP out is very good and supposedly class A. Plus it has a best offer.
