So nice you bought it twice?

I literally just placed an order for a 2nd Beyerdynamic DT-880/600. They're currently going for CAD$129 on amazon.ca which is a criminally low price. Not sure why Beyer would be blowing them out so cheap, but it kinda makes me fear for the future of this model.

Koss KSC75/X. Cheap as chips—well, at least for 20 lbs. of chips—and, like Zreviews stated, "Perfect stocking-stuffers!" Want a black variant with a microphone? Drop has got you covered! Want to gift them to your cousin for Christmas? I sure did! I personally owned four of them. Half of the purchases since they were dead, and the other for just "variety".

I keep a pair of closed backs just for noise isolation when the lawn crew comes through and it sounds like a war zone outside. Either the DT770 250 ohm or Truthear Zero Blue will do the job. Wired IEM's are best during storm season as the phone has an FM tuner with wired ear buds as the antenna. If the power goes out, having wired IEM's for the phone for a few hours is priceless.

I definitely bought multiple HD650s and HD600s over the years. Maybe I should stop stepping on them... I also bought the Stax SR-007 multiple times in various versions, and more recently the L700 in both mk1 and mk2 versions as well.

Ain't nothing wrong with buying twice. 6 or 7 times though and you're kinda pushing it...

Sennheiser HD590. The discontinued precursor to the 598s with teardrop cups. Mine broke, I found an auction out of England in the original box on Ebay. Still the most comfortable pair of headphones I've ever worn and Sennheiser still sells the replacement parts.

I bought a second pair of V-Moda M100 for "backup" after I found out that the original version was being replaced with the new Master-model. I've never actually heard the newer models but I disliked the idea of supposedly more "neutral" sound signature on them. M100 is great when I want to listen to bassy electronics and such just for the fun of it, after that it felt odd when they suddenly started moving towards "studio monitors". OG-M100 is still one of the best portables ever IMO.

Have 2 sets of XB1000. The headphone jack is notoriously fragile on them and broke on my 1st pair. Bought a second one whilst the other was getting fixed. The same thing happened with the 2nd pair. Thankfully this was about 12 years ago when they were still available and retailing for €250. They don't get as much listening time these days but they're still a bunch of fun.
