Don't know about the senn's, but the sony's are known for their bass(their pretty bassheavy)--> sony mdr-v6 would be a good choice, it's recommended much, I have heard them once and they sounded pretty good for the price and as said before bassheavy. The senn hd-201 isn't bassheavy.

Yes, I own and listen to the HD201 regularly. It has a s***load of bass just straight out of onboard audio on my computer

- I use it for games and some digital music. Maybe I'm not a basshead, but I couldn't really imagine needing much more bass than this - and the price is rather nice.

I think the v6 is more monitoring/neutral - I use them at the studio when I'm doing my radio show, and it certainly doesn't seem very bassy or fun. It does have the one-sided cable though.

they are great...

I am a basshead.. and these delivers just the perfect amount..

they sound great... similar to the more expensive ath-a500's..

they isolate WAY more than my open cans HD485's does..

and comfortable too..

but you aren't planning to use them as portables are you.. even though they drive out of anything really good.. and I mean it.. they are just to big and dorky looking to be seen in public hehe..
