The JVC JX850 certainly looks nice, but as you said, the fit does look a bit scary..I really don't like anything sticking out of my ear so much.
The ATH-IM03..I would have to do some research on it, but thanks for the suggestion! I used to own a pair of good audio technica as well.
I will defnitely look into the Ostry and Havi ones Hatefulsandwich suggested!
Of course I am open to any budget earphone that gave awesome sound quality, Overall this is an expensive hobby.
