I upgraded from the UE SF5pro to the TF10.
so far I noticed:
-less bass than the SF5pro, I liked having a lot of bass
-more sound, feels kind of deeper/wider, not sure how to describe it
-the stage feels like its behind my head
overall they do sound better than the SF5pro but it could do with more bass, I´m already at the maximum possible on the EQ of my Sandisk Clip+, any more and the sound gets weird. here is my EQ which is a bit weird but I like it this way, didn´t change anything yet so its the settings for the SF5pro, maybe I can improve it a bit: http://i.imgur.com/Skcgm.jpg
one question I have is: can I improve the sound quality (and maybe the bass) with an amplifier? is it worth buying one for the TF10? if yes, which one would you recommend? I don´t want to spend more than 100-150€ and I don´t want to carry a brick around so it should be fairly small, needs to fit in my pocket easily. can be a bit bigger than the clip+.
