You act like there was no attempt to negotiate with Snorry. You refused to represent his headphones in Europe because of the high cost. The prices haven't changed. What's left unclear?
Not really, I never had any direct contact with him. I attempted to contact him myself several times, first as a customer to purchase headphones for myself, and much later with an offer to distributer his headphones. He never ever replied to any of my messages.
You also asked me if I wanted to represent Snorry, and I told you I did and gave you some key points of discussion to pass on to Snorry about distributing for him. He never replied to that as well. One of my points was about pricing policy but as I mentioned, it was never discussed as there was no reply.
We never got to discuss prices, as he never answered me, not directly, and not through you. I never refused, there was never any contact, just attempts that went unanswered.

And yes, he's not responding as he's not interested and I don't want to be the middleman in this, so I suggested to write him directly until he responds.
Thank you for offering your help in the past, I appreciate it. If I'll want to attempt to contact him again I'll do so directly again, but I've mostly given up on it as I never had any reply.
