@Failed Engineer how does Trion fair in the grand scheme against other top planars?

Trion is more compact...

Trion is not the NM-1 upgrade. This is a different "beast", with a different technology behind, different nature...keeping all Snorry's technicalities plus adding more life to the sound.

Gotta admit, he’s got a pretty healthy dose of self confidence. I agree with him being an owner of a couple of his headphones vis a vis other planars but prefer still other headphones.

There is a dedicated thread for Snorry Headphones here. I doubt that Trion was sold outside of Russia...
I am so glad to tell you that Snory Isodynamic headphones will be represented by me during MHES in Moscow (22.04-23.04)
If you are in Moscow in these days please come and get some sound of Snorry, guys! You are welcome!!!!!

NM-1 was so unique. Imaging King of anything I ever heard. Trion is tempting me….but that cost LOL.

Trion sounds slightly different. Some people find it sounding darker than the NM-1. Mids are slightly different. Trion is focusing more on lower mids while NM-1 on upper mids. Bass is also slightly different. The resolution is higher on Trion.

P.S. I sent my Trion for the "mk2" upgrade this week.
