i've placed a total of 2 orders in the past from sennheiser the first was a pair of refurbed headphones that took FOREVER to ship... i forget exactly how long but it was over a month the second order was a headband cushion and a HD650 cable for my HD580s and i think it took a little over a week

My cables finally arrived sometime during the last week of May (2010.) Thankfully my old cables are still functional, (just looking like they might break soon,) so I was still able to use my 580's. I'm just happy they finally arrived.
