Called them today. It is on back order and they do not know when its coming in. they estimate this week, but who knows. Anyone want to sell me a 650 cable with quick shipping?

I'm having the same issues, I called them over three weeks ago to order earpads and cup ring for the hd600 and the earpads are in backorder. So I called them yesterday and told them to ship me whatever was avaliable, hopefully they'll get them out soon.

Many years ago, I purchased a brand new Sennheiser Lucas. The package was missing one of the required cables so I phoned Sennheiser. The guy had a really bad attitude but he said he would send me out the cable. A month went by but I still hadn't received anything. I phoned back and spoke with the same rep and again he had a very bad attitude and said he didn't know where the cable was. After 2 months of waiting, I finally received the cable. No apologies at all from Sennheiser. Very bad service. However, they make amazing products.

I completely agree with you on that one, the service needs huge improvements. It's kind of ticking me off since my order is not processed... I've been waiting for 5 weeks now and counting

650 cables are on back order until May 10th they told me. I canceled mine and ordered one off ebay.

Did you get your cable yet? I ordered 2 sets on 3/26/10, emailed them a couple weeks later, told they were on BO until 4/12. Still have not arrived.
 
I just called them today (5/11/10) and was told they are going to ship the end of this week. I hope so.
