I want to get an amp that can last me for a long time so I've already narrow my choices down to these 3.

This comparison on Headfonia is of the older generation Arrow. I have the new 4G and the treble/upper mid SQ is improved as has the overall clarity of the amp. There is now a treble switch which I find can really help with darker headphones.

I heard it takes a long time before you can get the headstage arrow after you place an order with them. The wait can go up to 9mths. How long it took you to get your headstage?
