drivers count is not important at all. a carefully tuned driver can win multi drivers (final audio design as a prime example).
i wouldn't compare any shure earbuds except the kse1500 as simgot en700 is better than the models behind kse1500.

I just got mine. They sound terrific! I'm using SureSeal tips from Aurisonics (I stocked up before Fender bought them) and running them thru my rwak120b/green line/Alo Audio Rx setup. The en700's are a great value and highly recommended by yours truely.

Mine arrived today so I'll get to listen to them tonight. I'm interested in getting some Comply tips as I always have issues with silicone/rubber tips either not fitting or getting really uncomfortable quickly. Does anyone know which model of Comply tips would fit these?

Anyone compare Simgot vs RHA T20?

 
I didn't think the EN700 was anywhere near the T20 in terms of presentation and sound-staging. Bass presence and shaping was far superior on the T20 (to my ears). Mind you, this was with an X5 as the source.
 
Also, @audio123 I still didn't notice any improvements on the EN700 on the X5 v.s my Nexus 6P -> Sound Blaster E3.
