I can't help with the Silver Bullet, but from what I've read of it, it is quite different from the SW-Xcape.  I had the SW-Xcape for a while, and it is a very clean, detailed, fairly neutral phone.  I'm sure the Silver Bullet has much more bass response, but the SW-Xcape will sound very natural, especially with acoustic instruments, jazz, etc.  If you want clean vocals and separation, the SW-Xcape will satisfy you very much.
