UE replied to my service ticket, saying that they don't sell spare parts in Canada. They did, however, offer to send me a free replacement cable if I email them proof of purchase to confirm that I'm within warranty. Sadly, since I don't actually OWN UE900s, that plan won't work. Hopefully they have a Canadian store at some point. Too many US companies treat Canada as an afterthought when it comes to retail sales
