What are your guys' opinion of each of these? which would you choose overall, for someone who likes a little more bass than usual, and listens to a wide range of music? and can also be comfortable and can withstand a beating? i might fall asleep with them on..

The PFE022 are pretty balanced (you can get a lot of bass with the green filters though), really small and comfortable, so you can fall asleep with them no problem. The SE215 are more sturdily built though, and the bass is already bumped up a bit (not too much). Can't go wrong with either in the end. I'd pick the Phonaks for their usability and relaxing sound sig, and the Shures for their more assertive sound signature.
