You probably messed up the jack on your phone at some point. Take it somewhere to get it fixed.

My laptop is the exact same way because I had a 6.3 to 3.5mm adapter in the headphone jack and a fat kid slammed into it with his thighs and busted it.

It's been a while since I opened my S3, but if I remember correctly, there is a dingle component that contains the jack and speakers. It only costs around $15 I believe.
My speaker has an issue so I switched that part put as well.
