None. They are the same headphones. Just the SE530 is a rebranded E500. The differences are in the packaging (i.e. what comes with one vs. the other). I get it confused now, but I think its the E500 that comes with the Push to Hear module. The SE530 can be bought without that. And the PTH can also be bought as an accessory.

The only other potential difference is Shure modified the composition of the cable some months back (no date as to when), so newer phones will have this newer cable. I think they no longer manufacture E500s (but could be wrong). So recently constructed SE530s will have this newer cable. They redesigned it because some people have problems with it stiffening and then cracking.
