They fit the ER4 without any modding. Clean with a wet wipe tissue

How do you clean them? Just with soap+water or do you use something else?

They fit the W3s as well. No modding.

The Shure olives fit the ER4 well, but the green filter seems to be very close to the outside, exposing it to direct contact to earwax, ruining it if so.

By the way, the sound in the Etys is not improved at all with this ones. For me, for example, the bass turns from a deep and perfect sound using the gray tri-flanges to a dull and tiny signal using that olives.

(But in the Shure SE310 they provide its better sound)

For me the olives give the best sound and comfort of all the tips I have tried

I don't know if they fit the Sony EX85, but B&H has 5 pairs for $18 with free shipping:
Shure | EABKF1-10M Replacement Black Foam Sleeves | EABKF1-10M

Or, you can get 5 pairs for $13 + shipping here:
Shure Earphone and Monitor Accessories - Earphone Accessories

Aren't the Sony EX85 canal phones? That might be a problem with a tip that is designed for an IEM.
