Input pad is something decrease SQ. I prefer turn off (nput pad =0)

Is that a great upgrade in SQ? What do you recomend? What are you using?

I bought 1.2m long 3.5 to rca (ADL i35R, name may not correct 100%) and just find easily sq improve compare to a Belkin one (apprx 8$). So that I bought one more!.
3.5 to rca is NOT your 3.5 to 3.5 but it has same maker same process ...etc.
I have bought some from ebay hand made item from uk, us seller, some hànd made by myself ... I love my handmade one.
IMO its better to use as much as number of fiber as you can (mine 300 per wire) 7N copper. Rich sound, detail improve. Hybrid is worse bcs upper bass increase. Silver plated made sound brighter, a no need thing for kse

Right now I use 3 cable with my sources (WM1Z or Hugo2).
when I'm using the Hugo I prefer a longer cable, at least 25 cm, the most important characteristic is that they are all extremely supple; especially when I'm traveling, I don't want that the cable add tension between the DAP and the amplifier.

From top to bottom:
Audioforza FAW Copper Series ICS (silver plated Cooper)
Plussound Echo+ (Cooper)
DYI cable, used DHC 3 cooper + 3 silver plate Cooper wires

The DHC mini silver looks really nice, but not very supple to me, this is something to consider before buying it.

Moon Audio Silver Dragon is excellent. You have to pay a lot more if you want even better SQ.....

Could you do me a favor and set it to 110 on high gain on the !Z and advise what volume you would set the KSE on (with the input pad off).

It depend on recording level and your ears sensivity but 13 is quite low for almost kse user. May be analog line in reach yellow bar (about to make distortion) otherwise you'll hear quite small pressure level

Anyone planning to get the Chord Poly? This will definitely make the system more portable as there is less to carry around (just the Mojo/Poly and KSA1500). The ability to control using mobile phone is a good idea as the system can be kept in the bag while listening to the songs. Hope the Poly lives up to its reputation. Heard that the worldwide release is end of September.
