Just before I left Chicago last Monday I went to Sensaphonics (660 N. Milwaukee) to get some -25db filters for my custom ear plugs.

While there I decided What and got new impressions, then ordered custom tips for my E500s.

Now I must wait 4-6 weeks.

According to my chart there, last time I had impressions was March, 2003 (when I got the custom plugs). I also got custom tips for my Shure E1's.

Seems like a long time ago...

I do remember liking the E1 custom tips; I hope these give me similar joy.

Nice, but the waiting is a bit long. So what kind of ear plug you have? Soft mold or hard mold?

Agree about the wait. First time around took about five days.

I'm getting the soft plug--like my prior tips and like my current earplugs. They make an excellent seal and are very comfortable.

Could you give some kind of idea on the pricing they have? Can't see anything listed on their site.
