So, a pair of black foam tips came with the PL30s, these work best for me but I reckon I'll have to replace them soon.

I've been looking at the Comply T400 but it sounds like the Shure olives last better... can these be modded to fit on the PL30s?

I've searched the forum for an answer and can't find it... so any help would be much appreciated.

Also, the silicone tips for the PL30s are the same as the CX300 tips.

By default, Olive inner plastic tube will be too small to fit on PL30, but you can try taking out the inner plastic tube or expend it with a plier.

Deadly, I was looking for that first link via the search engine but couldn't find it. I may just order me a few pairs of olives and give that a try!

I own Shure Olives, T400 and T500 and PL30

IMO the hole on the olives (without core) is slightly too big and they fall too easy off but they will fit the stem.

T400 is same thing, fit but they also too easy to pull off and not really secure enough.

The T500's is better and they grip like what I will say is acceptable. Go for those if you want new tips, but yeah Shure foams will last longer.
