Slowly finding more synergy with the Penon OSG Cable and various IEMs. While for whatever reason I didn’t use the ISN EST50 TOTL Flagship right off. I mean, I can’t try out all the possibilities in one or two days................but slowly the IEMs that are actually meant to be showcased in the review reveal themselves, like they are meant in the end to be included and I maybe don’t have the final say! Maybe it’s fate, luck or kismet? But the three best so far have been the ISN EST50, IMR BC 2023 and the IER-Z1R....with the Penon Globe coming in fourth place while still really good! The bass with the BC 2023 has by far been the most sculpted due to it being the most bass to begin with.....the most bass energy to be carved. The EST50 is known for it’s bass, and yet it is a mixture of both midrange and soundstage which has really become noteworthy here. Just the EST50 (pictured) that offered this enormous provocative stage filled with detail and width. Seemingly the most detailed too, besides the IER-Z1R. The IER-Z1R showed to have slightly less bass than the EST50 and the BC 2023, yet was a faster more nimble listen than with the included cable or the Kimber Kable.

This EST50 set-up here.........works with both the WM1A or the WM1Z, with the WM1Z being the widest stage......I could not stop listening to this configuration, as it’s the best the EST50 has ever sounded.
