I had their electrostat earbuds and one channel was cutting in and out. I had contacted them last year say November but never sent the product in (I had a brain tumor and was a mess). The product's 2 year warranty ended in June and still hadn't sent them in. Got out of the hospital early august 2023 and just sent them in.
I was expecting to pay the flat rate fee of $500 to have them fixed. Got an invoice for $535 which included the shipping back from Shure. I had provided my card prior for the service fee. I received the product last week from service and it has a brand new pair of headphones to go with the original amp which was working fine. And the receipt in the box said "no charge". Thinking that was because I had provided my card already, I looked and nothing has been charged!! That is unheard of in 2023!!
