What are the main differences between the two? Is one considered more exclusive than the other? I was reading about the Sony R-10 and that headphone used Sheepskin and the LDD-3 uses Lampskin leather. Is there a consensus today that one or the other types of leather is the "best" or "ideal"  material to use on top shelf and top end headphones? I'm assuming when Sony was designing the R-10 they used the absolute best materials they could get their hands on and they choose to use Sheepskin as opposed to Lampskin. Was Lampskin not available when Sony was producing the R-10 or was Lampskin perfectly available and Sony still choose to use sheepskin for their R-10 ear pads?
