I was looking for new earphones, and these two crossed my mind. I need good bass. I already heard the Skull candy and it sounded great. Is the Philips SHE 3580 better or worse than it?

I've got the Philips 3590 and recommend them for sure over Skullcandy. They're not bass monsters, but have great bass extension for the low price. They have solid sub-bass and midrange clarity that nothing by Skullcandy offers for $15.
