I'm in the situation when I want to share my DAC between multiple PCs (I have Mac Studio, macbook and PC for gaming). Right now I'm using USB switch so I can share USB devices between PC's one at a time.
What I want to achieve is have my Mac Studio for example as my source for my music (mainly because of the storage) always available so basically like my DAC need to be connected to this Mac all the time because I want to be able to play music from other mac or PC but also I want to send audio from PC / macbook like from YouTube etc. in near realtime.
I know I can achieve this with Streamer (which I don't have right now) but the problem I'm trying to solve is if this introduces some lag when I'll be sending audio via local network to Streamer -> DAC and the rest of the chain so when using YouTube I will face with A/V not in sync.
As this is the thing I've never really needed but now I want it I am asking here for advice, preferably HW solution instead of the SW one.
