It's quite a potent portable combo! I find the Zen Micro a little lacking in bass (a slight EQ tweak fixes that) and a teensy bit lacking in detail compared to my desktop computer's Audiotrak Prodigy sound card, but you really can't beat this setup for maximal portability. The PX-100s are driven easily to some serious volume, too.

I sent my money order in on Wednesday and damn rep hasn't responded. I'm going to furious if it doesn't come in by next week, the factory isn't too far.

i was hesitant about the black as well, but got it anyway (it didnt hurt that the orange was out of stock, also). I have to say i would prefer if it had a completely matte finish, one not as shiny, but i really like the way it looks. all the colors are a bit sparkly. so, you won't regret getting black. i dont.

now i cant wait to get some altoids and take some pictures!
