Hello everyone.From which output of this player would you advise to send a signal to the power amplifier in order to achieve maximum sound quality?

If talking about EM5:

Use XLR outputs for amplifier with balanced inputs.
Use RCA for amplifier without balanced inputs.

For EA5, it has just RCA output, so use that one.

Today I am able to wake up the screen off in EM5 through wireless projection in phone. Previously I was able to wake up the screen only operating the EM5 itself only not through wireless projection.

In phone,3 steps, exit from wireless projection, click shanling em5 displayed in list under wireless projection, in next screen tap the phone screen. After last step EM5 takes few seconds to wakeup its display.

Thank you, but it really shouldn't be like this, there are too many bugs in the software.I also have two A&K's and there was everything in order out of the box.

We tested it in the office this morning and we are unable to replicate this issue with gain and RCA outputs. It behaves as it should. Not sure what might be causing it on your unit.

When you enable Tidal, it has to shift player to special landscape mode, to fit the app. Which then causes other menus to also be shifted to this mode. So far there is no way how to avoid this.

Ok, will report these phones to software team. We are seeing quite a bit of these crashing issues.

MQA is not supported over USB input due to the EM5 being Android device, not a simple USB DAC. It works with the USB input in different way, which doesn't allow for MQA playback.

..you must think Hiby Link support for EM5.. i guess Hiby Link UI solve most of the problems.. cos remote control UI is most problematic thing of EM5. or you must add stream services (Tidal, Qobuz etc) over SyncLink app..

HELP! eversince i upgraded my EM5 to version 1.27, i cannot connect thru wireless projection to my phone or tablet. It says no available device.. its a pain!

Try disabling the wired internet, if it is connected, and switch to wi-fi.It helped me.

Are you running app on Android or iOS? Which app version please?
With firmware V1.27, wireless projection switch in the device moved to a new spot, please make sure it's still enabled there.
