Not yet, but looking for a 2TB microsd card for my Shanling M3X. And why?
The ESS Sabre ES9219C DAC in the M3X might be better than the 32Bit/384kHz SABRE32 Reference ES9018K2M DAC-chip in my CocktailAudio X40 streamer.
Playing DSD files with my M3X that are stored on the SSD in my CocktailAudio X40 streamer (via UAPP) leads too often to time-outs. Even on my fast cabled ethernet network. Problem seems to be the network connection with my X40 that maybe is not fast enough.
So I want to play Hi-Res files directly from the SD card in the M3X. But the card I have in my M3X now is only 512GB and has no free space anymore.
My experience with micro-SD cards in the M3X that they should be fast and reliable.

It's just that i have a 1 TB microsd with 30,000 songs and the only players that doesn't crash loading the playlist are Poweramp and Neutron. I am thinking if I get double the storage size and fill it to capacity, the other players would crash also

Anyone got the 1.67 1.7 firmware or whatsoever?
All the links I've tried were dead, it's funny that they didn't keep the link active
I'm on 1.75 and I got issue with the playback always get cutted and then continue after, both on Shanling and Hiby app player

I have this player in my kitchen connected to a sonos Bluetooth speaker. I use it to listen to Internet radio and spotify. On the radio station I listen to the m3x frequently drops the music and I usually have to do a reboot to get it to play again. Other times if I haven't noticed the music had stopped, it might randomly restart playing sometimes a few hours later. I can not pin point where exactally the issue is, the drop out occurs when I use either the radio stations app, or if I listen on the Web page, makes no difference if it's Firefox or chrome. So that would indicate the issue is with the radio broadcast. But if I listen to the same radio app on my phone (poco x5pro) or laptop the music never drops out, finger pointing back to the player. I would appreciate if some one can hazard a guess as to where the issue lies, so I can try and fix it, some times it'll play for a few hours, then some days it's dropping every few minutes. Spotify plays flawlessly.
Thanks.
