Is this the result of the burn? But the more I spend time with m2, the more I like it, although I uses left hand, but I adapt himself, because of his not large size, lol

Yep, I kept going back and forth with my X3ii and they are both nice and have sweet signatures of their own the M2 really grew on me and I still for $239 it has the best of everything I like, build, aesthetics and like you that SS just grew and grew on me

Has anybody tried to disassemble it? The centre button stopped working.

First post on this unit in a really long time. I kind of miss mine; but it just was not as reliable as I needed. Maybe Shanling or your retailer can help with your button issues.

There is another M2 thread also. You may want to see if it is more active.

For the wheel itself, it's just clicks into place, so can be easily removed.

It's not the wheel which is problematic but the centre button which does not click at all.
Does anybody know how to disassemble the player?

I bought it second hand.
I will try to contact shanling. Do you think they will respond?
I posted the same question in another thread. Thanks for directing me.

Considering that Shanling representative is responding to you right here, yes, we will try to help you.

I was talking about removing wheel, since when you remove wheel(middle part of it), you will get clear look on the button mechanism.
Button itself is small gold "bubble", that when pressed records it as command. If this button doesn't work, it was probably damaged and pretty much need to be replaced on PCB.
