I stick both plugs into my ears and plug them into my amp.

I wake up feeling energized and wired.

I am sorry. I meant replacement cables. LOL I guess you have a very good point there that a Sennheiser headphone needs to have at least one cable or two if nessary. My mistake. Please forgive me. This is my first poll.

They are all good, but the HD590 is the weak link IMO.

Voted "Other" re:

HE90/HEV90 — Headfi Bliss! {I can dream, can't I?}

(Also PXC-250 for outdoors, trains, jets and portability in generally noisy environments.)

Voted for the 580's. They sounded very good through a pimeta, but now having just purchased an M3 has made the 580's even more happy.

I've heard the 650's and really want to own a pair one of these days.
I'm waiting for the day*hopefully it will happen* when Amazon do the refurb 650 for a bargain basement price like they did the 600's.

HI: After seeing the response to the 650 it kind of makes me think about buying them. I am just not sure my stereo receiver and DVD/CD player and 24 bit minidisc deck is up to par for the 650. The 595 sound great out of them though.

Hi LTUCCI1924.

My Denon receiver has no problem handling the 580's, though, i'm not sure how it would handle the 650's? When i heard the 650's it was at a high end audio store using their dedicated headphone amp.

The hd650 cost $200 more than what hd595 cost in my country

I am one of few weird ones who prefer hd595 to hd650 regardless of price

But I paid 145.00 for a used 595 in A1 condition and they need no burn in. You mean the 650 only cost 245.00 new?

The store i went to charges AU$750 = US$575 for the 650. Hence my reason for never buying Senns in Australia.

*edit* mmatrix, sadly to date i haven't had the opportunity to hear the 650's through the M^3, it shouldn't have any problems with the HD650 though.

HD650 because I like the sound that they produce and the fact that they are comfortable over longer periods of time.

HD650, HD595 and Other (which in this case is PX100). I like them all very much. PX100 and 650's still in use.
