Much more info is leaked by now due to a Shop at Lufthansa.
Page is in German, but you will be able to translate. Price will be 249,-€, release on May, 10th. Bluetooth 5.2, better ANC, longer runtime of 7 hours, wireless charging of the case, better voice quality when used as headset, ear fins for sport usage. Seems to be a larger step than from 1 to 2.
