Been using this amp for a while now, pretty much end game for me. Running out of the modi 3, with either Sennheiser HD650 or HD800, it sounds crystal clear and gorgeous.

I know this thread has been inactive for years but I still think it's the right place for me to ask my question. Are the XLR outputs fixed only or can they be set to variable so it can be used as a preamp? Sounds like fixed only but I would be happy to find out I'm wrong. Thanks in advance
