Can someone recommend me a USB amp/DAC that will make the sound of the HD 650 lush and full?

I love my Audio-GD NFB-28. The NFB-19 is a cheaper alternative, but probably still excellent.

Would this cable do it? I'm asking this because it's €2 on this website, and 10 euro's on another website.

Yes, that would work.

I've never had a problem with vocals. The HD 650 isn't perfect but this is the first time I've seen vocals singled out as a flaw. Maybe you could stick up a YouTube link to something you think is wrong and we could judge for ourselves?

On 1:57 on this song for example, the vocals are more upfront on my Samsung Galaxy S5 and Ostry KC06 IEMs.

I wouldn't say the vocals are recessed, but I've wanted and got the HD 650 because people said they have forward vocals, which in my experience is not the case.

Maybe a Vali 2 will help that?

I listened to that section of the track on my HD 650 headphones and through my powered monitors. The voices where equally forward on both. What I like about the HD 650's is that they behave much like monitors and are quite accurate. Of course I am listening with different equipment than you.

I have it in my hands and did a run with HD650. Try it if you have the occasion! Really really really good.

So this is a good example of a song where the vocals are more recessed than some of my other headphones. to the point I can't really enjoy the song. It starts at 0:41

That song in particular has recessed voices, but the mids of HD650 are really forward in comparation with my usual setups. I read that Heaven series are even more mid forward and i heard Grados to be mid forward as well, if you wish for it!

I listened to the two songs and with my HD-650 and the vocals are upfront to me, but the HD-650 is not a headphone I would consider for rap, its too slow sounding and I don't think any DAC or amp will change this.  I would think a E-Stat or planar might be a better choice for rap but its hard to say since I don't listen to rap

I'm gonna sound like a broken record because this recommendation had been repeated over and over again, but a lot of people swear over the Schiit Jotunheim. There are options to add DAC or a phono pre.

Have you heard a HD-650 with a Jot?  It does not make the HD-650 lush and full IMO, just the opposite, it makes the HD-650 a bit brighter, cleaner bass but its also a bit leaner sounding which is not what the op wanted.  Granted I did like the sound of the Jot with HD-650, a different flavor from my BH Crack.
