Is it worth spend extra for sennheiser? Are they similar? Are sennheiser's overpriced?

Worth the extra spending? Depends if you like the sound signature of the HD598 or not. I can't comment on the HD598's sound.
Similar? No, I know that much at least. Obviously the HD598 will have much more clarity and a wider soundstage. The KSC-75 is more your warm and bassy type of sound, look around for information about what the HD598 sounds like and see how it compares to your KSC-75.You won't get any direct comparisons as they are rarely mentioned together.
