Hello all, I've got a set of these Sennheiser HD280's that have a damaged headband.  It is partially damaged, and I was looking to reinforce it by DIY'ing some lexan plastic sheet into the proper size and shape.  Then fasten the lexan to sandwhich the remaining damaged band inbetween, and still manage a fairly good seal/fit.  
 
Was hoping someone with a pair in good shape could take an image of their cans layed flat ontop of some graph paper with a ruler in the image to scale.  This way I could mock up a decent sketch to plan my reinforcements.
 
These cans have been known to damage at this point, if it works out maybe others can reproduce my plan.  Thanks for your help.
