[Ambiverse]

 
The plastic on my HD280, on the circle here, where the 2 pieces meet at the green line, is making creaking noises. This really bothers me and makes the headphones feel cheap (though I guess for this forum they are) and I am wondering if there is a way to fix it. I tried loosening and tightening the screw at that joint but it had very little effect.

in case you are subscribed this this thread and they still squeak . 
 If you spray it with silicone maybe ?  Or I'm sure Sennheiser would exchange them within the 2 yr warranty .
