Sennheiser HD 600 with Propellerhead Balance sound interface.

Hi.
In Propellerhead Balance sound interface headphone outputs specification i can't find anything about how many Ohm it can support. Only Data that is available is:
 

Headphone Outputs

Maximum Output Level

+9.6dBu

SNR

-103dB (A)

THD+N

0.005% @ -4dBFS. 1kHz

Frequency Response

20Hz to 20kHz, +/-0.5dB @ 48kHz sample rate

So my question are:

Do i need headphone amplifier or Balance sound interface is sufficient to handle HD 600 headphones?

How can i tell that headphones are "under powered"? Is it just volume or quality of sound as well?
