I just want to know which can is better? Lows, mids, highs, Soundstage and durability. I listen to all types of genres.

It might come down to what headphone amplifier your using.
The HD598 is 50-Ohm
The DT880 Pro is 250-Ohm

i dont have the dt 880 but i have the hd 598! mids are awesome on this and the soundstage is... 

GIANT! i think the soundstage is better on the hd 598., dt 880 are more neutral from what i read on others threads here. sennheiser is a smooth sound, easy to listen and funny with this soundstage! hd 598: mid centeric headphone( very nice vocals!) and dt 880 are neutral!

 for you, you listen all types of music, i think neutral headphones is more adapted.!
