Can anyone tell me which would be the better option? I can get both at the same price (about 75 euros).

These are the only two options, which one's do I pick?

well i think the sennheisers are likely to be slightly warmer and a bit less control over the bass, the denons should be a bit sharper and bass a bit tighter and more controlled.

but like i said i think both will be really quite similar

Thanks mate. I take it though that you haven't actually heard the CX550's yet then.

nope i havent heard them but sennheiser are really populating their range and each iteration is close to the other

Well for 75 euros, I would hunt for Denons C751. From time to time, they are on ebay.co.uk for buy in this price range.

If, for some reason, you cannot buy from uk ebay, take whatever you like better from look. If your ears aren't spoiled by some high-end in-ear stuff you won't tell the difference.

If my Denon C751's are anything to judge buy, then definitely go for the Denon's, they are fantastic!

For 75 Euros, I'd go the Nuforce NE-7M's tbh from Amazon.com

Nuforce do do international shipping but with European customs.... :/
