I have the Elear on my want to try to consider buying list. The HD800s is still on that list, but I haven't bought one yet because if I'm going to spend that much on a headphone I want a headphone that doesn't leave me wondering if it really is the right headphone for me. Maybe the Elear will be more "right" for me. The reviews and measurements make me think so. Only way to find out is to try it. The Utopia is too expensive for me to consider (wowsers), but I'd still like to get a chance to hear it so I can know what it's doing and how it compares.

Also, I just received an email today letting me know that it is my turn for the Grado G2000e. Hopefully they reach me in time as well. Hoping to get a rednet -AES signal to my DAC at the meet. I dont have an AES cable though but I do have the beautiful sounding Pavane.

Thank-you. We definitely need to connect after I am allowed to get out. As you mentioned, nearly everyone has heard how great your PH- III sounds with the LPS but you ... And it's your amp!
