I'm really interested in hearing the difference between the 600 and 650 woodies. I've heard the 600 woodies before and to be honest I really liked them, probably more than stock 650's.

Would you guys be up for auditioning the WNA kit amp at your meet? It's in the USA at the moment and I'd be happy to arrange for it to drop by so you can all have a listen....... give me the nod and I'll organise things.

All the best.

Mike.

Trevor -- is there any problem in taking gear across the border and back?

Nov 26, 2004 at 12:43 AM Post #43 of 50
I took the train last time, and didn't have any issues. Xtreme4099 and SteeleBlayde brought many thousands of dollars in gear to the Burnaby meet with little trouble. I am hoping to catch a ride with Natsuiro or someone else. We'll see though. I may train this one again!

I'll keep it in mind as well. Car pooling would make it pretty cheap and easy.

The only problem is that I might have to explain to my wife why I'm going to a Head-Fi meet -- all my gear's at work and I have neglected to mention my expensive (getting there anyway) little hobby ...

yeah we brought 12k worth of gear up there that one time ... we had fill out paperwork. The guys at the border were like "You Guys got an expensive hobby there!"
